Took 2 videos while diving. One uploaded to the cloud and is playable, viewable etc. The other just have the spinning wheel of death. Can't play, select etc. Video is still on camera but camera says 'no new media'.
The videio is only visible in browser. Not on Iphone or iPad.
Additionally, is there an email address for support. I put in the same address as I use for Plus, and I get a start Chat window with wait time of 1 minute. But when I hit start chat, it say all agents are busy try again later. WTAF?
