Video from camera is not seen in the app [ New ]

The app and GoPro MAX are successfully linked. I can control the camera with the app. However not all the video that I can see on the camera can be seen in the app. The last two days of footage do not appear on the app but can be seen in the camera.

Hello @lithesummi73467. Were the videos captured via HERO mode, or 360? Does it matter which resolution setting was used to capture the videos?

Do you refer to the preview of the video on the app while the camera and the phone are connected, or videos that should have been downloaded to the phone via the app? See if the videos may have been saved under a different timeline or may have been incorrectly-dated when imported. 

Make sure that you have the latest version of the GoPro App installed on your device. Please let us know as well which phone you are using and which OS your device is running on. Thanks!
