After having my phone 128 GB all used I’ve decided to have the go pro cloud to save media.
The strange is that only part of the pics appear on the tab cloud in the app... there are lot of pics in the app with the cloud symbol that are not in the cloud...
I’ve tried to find a way to do it manually but not nothing...
is there a way to transfer to the cloud?? And the pics on the app are still full size ?

Hello @fireymesa06786 and @bravedawn14427. Make sure that you have the latest version of the GoPro app installed, that your phone is updated to its latest OS, and that your camera updated to the latest firmware.
Browse through the media that you have under the cloud tab and see if the missing ones may have been assigned a different date, causing them to be located differently (chronologically). Also try sorting through the media using the filters (by download date, by creation date).
Are you able to view the missing media on the camera itself? Do you recall being able to view them on the GoPro App media tab? See if you are able to access them through other devices (like accessing them other than through the app).
If you still have media that you would like to upload to the cloud, check if doing it through other methods makes a difference. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

thank you for your feedback!
I have tried to update both the app and IOS and the problem had no resolution.
Now I have deletes all the pics from the app and save some new ones.
The result is that some of the deleted ones are still in the cloud and only a few of the new ones were transfered.
I give up use the gopro cloud to backup my midia!!
thank you for your effort
