If I load the media through my desktop with Fusion it works properly. Both the iPad Pro and the iPhone 8 produce the exactly the same error. It happens on all the video from my Fusion in both resolutions (5K or 3K). This is the link to a 360 file that fails to share on both iOS devices
Heres the link to the raw footage

I’ve loaded the new version of the app onto my iPad and it now uploads successfully to YouTube but still fails when I try to upload to Facebook. See attached screenshot that shows the same error as before.

Thanks for the update, @geoffm74. Try downloading the contents to the GoPro App before sharing a clip to Facebook. Also, try to trim a 30 seconds or less clip from the original video (since Facebook's upload limit is 30 seconds), save it to the app then attempt to share the clip.
In addition to this, reinstalling the GoPro App has resolved similar sharing issue for one of the users in this thread. See if that will work for you as well. Please note that reinstalling the app will delete all the contents in the "App" section of the GoPro App. You can save your files to your phone first before uninstalling the application.
Your time and patience throughout this process are very much appreciated.

I reinstalled GoPro app by deleting existing version, restarting iPad and downloading the clips to the iPad. Edited the clip to 5 seconds and attempted to share to Facebook and it still fails. The same clip successfully shares to YouTube.

I forgot to mention that the app requested my login details again for both Facebook and YouTube the first time I attempted to share to either platform after deleting and reinstalling the app.

I appreciate you going through the suggested troubleshooting steps, @geoffm74. One last check, please ensure to have your iPhone and iPad updated to the most latest iOS version. Once updated, reinstall GoPro App again and test sharing the media contents. **Note that reinstalling the app will delete all the contents in the "App" section of the GoPro App. You can save your files to your phone first before uninstalling the application.
