After updating to the new version of the app. I can still preview and download in Fusion Studio on the MacBook Pro though. I updated to V2.0 firmware on the camera and have V5.2.3(2975) of the app on an iPhone 7 plus (latest iOS)

What SD cards are you using?
Have you tried unpairing and pairing the camera again?
To isolate the issue further, would you mind pairing the camera with a different phone?

I’ve re-paired the camera every time I use the app, I can preview and control the camera fine. I can change settings and control the camera through the app - I just can’t view or download the images after they are taken.
I only have one phone. I’d have to ask someone to download the app and pair the camera on their phone to do this. Not really convenient and doesn’t solve the issue for the phone I need it to work on. Best case scenario - even if it works on a friend’s phone, what am I supposed to do to get my phone working? I have up to date app and software on both phone and camera.
