I have a Gopro Hero5 Session and I used to be able to save clips in my S9 and then out of nowhere I cant.
I think it happened around December 2018/January 2019.
In order for me to save clips now is to download the whole file, which takes about 20 minutes, then trim and save the clip through another app.
I don't know if anyone else has this problem?

Hello @bravebeach71427. Which version of the app is installed on your phone? Have you already updated to version 5.2.1 that was released March 21st? If yes, see if restarting your phone will make a difference. We hope to hear back from you. Please let as know as well what OS your phone is running on. Thanks!

I have Version 5.2.1
I just restarted my phone and still, the problem persists.
Android Version 9.0
My current software version is G960U1UEU3CSA8/G960U1OYM3CSA8/G960U1UEU3CSA8

I was able to resolve it, sort of.
I uninstalled the recent version and installed GoPro version 5.1 and my issue appears to have been resolved.
Any of the newer versions, 5.1.1 and 5.2.1, still has the same issue.
So perhaps you can determine the issue from there.

Looks like my app updated recently (today or yesterday?) after installing 5.1 a couple days ago.
This new version (5.2.2), appears to not have this problem. I can finally save clips rather than downloading the whole file.
