Unable to create a video with GoPro app [ New ]

I've downloaded 13 clips from a recent adventure to my Android phone. When I click the create movie button in the app I can see the clips on the timeline, but the app says "error playing video" and won't allow me to edit or play the video. What can I do?

When on Media, do you get an error when playing the files back?

Can you also help us with the following information: Camera version, GoPro App version, phone and OS version.

Thanks for the information.

Kindly check if you are able to play the files on the Media tab.

Do you still remember the resolution/settings used on these videos?

To help isolate the issue, see if the same happens when using another phone.

Same problem here. Also creating stories keep showing error, then hanging up. In the end have to go out of the app and start all over again..
