Unable to access hero7 black through GoPro app by iphone xs

I bought a hero7 black and tried to connect it to my iphone xs with ios 13 but it didn’t work. It always showing same error on the screen. “Oops, it didn’t work There was a problem; try to reconnecting your camera’s wi-fi in your iphone settings”

I ve tried everything written such as, reset wi-fi settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, changing 5Ghz to 2,4 etc.

I am about to cry, please help me :(

Could you please try the following using the 6.1 App?  This is a known Apple issue with iOS 13.  The only way we know of to get rid of this issue is to restart the phone.

 

1. Restart your phone and try to connect again

2. If this does not work, please delete the camera entry and attempt to re-pair the camera.

Sorry about that, the issue is iOS 13 as the new OS was released recently, we haven't updated GoPro App yet but as @aragon1006 mentionned this is coming very soon > https://www.instagram.com/p/B2wTRUOn1E2/

Hope you can be a little patient, the update will bring many fixes, iOS13 support and new things :))
