@sunnyhero62176, does it happen to all media files in the SD card? Or only certain files (e.g. videos, photos, files recorded using specific video resolution, etc.) are affected?
It might also help to reset the Wi-Fi connection settings following the instructions here: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/Troubleshooting-GoPro-App-Connectivity-Issues/ta-p/392964
