The auto uploading does not work

So frustrated with the auto uploading for my Hero 7 black. Tried all solution here, none of them works. 

 

The go pro is full charged, and connected to a wall charge, it did not work

Fcatory reset, and full charted, connected to a wall charge, still not working. OMG, why make this product so hard to use.

 

Plus it has connecting issues with my go pro app, and every time I need to have a factory reset.....

@pengw80412 - Sorry you've had issues uploading to PLUS. We do have some other methods at https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/How-to-Add-Media-to-GoPro-Plus that may work. If not, our team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs can help troubleshoot this with you.

 

As for the connection issues, this can happen if you're also connecting to other devices between uses with the GoPro. A factory reset will do it, but you can also try going into your phone's settings and turning off the wifi and bluetooth and then turning them back on. That should reset the connections and make it easier to get that connection reestablished.
