Sync video to music

I start to move and synced some videos to music but editing other videos are ruining the synchronization with music
Can i stitch specific video or photo to always start at specific music time?

Re: Sync video to music

Hi,

Sorry about that but you can't manually synch music and videos. It's done automatically.

You have to know that for the music sync to work you have to let the videos in AUTO trim mode or with your own HiLights if you prefer, that way the engine will calculate duration of the video so that it fits with the music.

However if all your videos are in MANUAL mode then (trimmed manually), the engine will respect these durations and music and videos may not necesseraly play in synch.

Try using AUTO mode or your own HiLights. You can't choose duration of HiLights, it's chosen by the engine automatically, but if you set two HiLights next to each other, they will merge into one.

Also you can play with the global duration of your video, it can also impact how videos are shown. Same with styles as transitions are different from one style to the other, affecting also duration and synch.

It is still an automated process and you can't have exactly one particular moment on a music beat etc... it is not a Final Cut pro kind of tool where you decide everything very precisely.

hope it helps
