Settings change 'failed' on ios app [ New ]

Hi, one of my gopro hero 6 black camera isn't configurable via the app, it works fine if I do it via the touch screen on the camera itself. But if I try to do it via the app it just says 'failed'. My other hero 6 black works fine. I tried resetting the wifi connections, updating the firmware to the latest, but still having issues. 

Is this a known issue? Or is there a known fix? The camera works fine other wise, and I can connect to it & see the preview image ok, but can't control the gopro beyond that.

Actually, I've just fixed it by doing a factory reset on the device. 

Was going to delete the post but I'll leave this here just incase it helps anyone having the same issue.
