Schwarze bzw fehlerhaffte Videos In Quik für Android

Hallo
seid einiger Zeit passiert es in der Quik App (Android), dass ich bei einigen (nicht allen) Videos im Video Vorschaufenster nur schwarz sehe. Mit dem Schneidwerkzeug muss ich dann das Video zum Teil erheblich schneiden damit es wieder sichtbar wird. Zu meinem Einstellungen, GoPro 5 Session und auch bei der 7 black, jeweils SD: SanDisk Extreme und mit 1080 / 50FPS mit einem Huawei Mate 8 und auch mit einem Samsung Tablet.(immer aktuelle Software) Ich vermute mal dass es an der GoPro ehemals Capture App liegt. Da es ja nur manche Videos betrifft die ich dort schon vorgeschnitten habe und ich diese Videos dann auch nicht über WiFi Direct zB. verschicken kann.

Hello @tommyb116. How do the videos appear when you view them through the GoPro app? Are all videos with the 1080p/50fps resolution setting affected? For starters, make sure that your device, camera and app are all updated to the most recent versions. This typically solves any connection issues. Please also be sure that all devices are compatible with each other, as some devices do not support Live Preview. If the issue happens in the GoPro App as well, check out the steps-to-fix here https://gopro.com/help/articles/solutions_troubleshooting/Live-Preview-Never-Starts-in-GoPro-App . Let us know how it works out.
