Samsung S8+ mobile app connection problem during hero6 black sofrware update

The connection between the app and the hero is normal for review and control.

While I tried to update my gopro through the android app, it said the connection on wifi had problem after clicking "INSTALL".

The app won't download itself. I have tried to reset and delete the wifi setting on both the Hero and my S8+. The problem is still there.

no firewall or VPN used.

I need to update my hero6 black manually, which is very inconvenient!

Also, I haven't receive any notification from GoPro about the software update.

If this is not possible, you may try to uninstall the GoPro app. Reinstall the app and proceed with the pairing process again.

Thanks for your reply,

I have updated my Hero6 Black manually at last, but I should be able to update through the GoPro App.

This should be part of the service provided by GoPro, and not the alternative way!

Hope they can solve the problem soon.
