Porfavor orientenme si existe alguna configuracion, por que al subir mis videos a la nube y reproducirlos directamente de ahi se ven pixeleados

Do you still remember the resolution used on these videos?

Does the same happen if you play the files through a browser/ via gopro.com/login ?

Would you be able to share a link for the sample file?

Also following what @aragon1006 said, you can change the quality settings directly in the player when viewing a video in the GoPro Cloud on your computer.

Same, you have the possibility to download the file at compressed quality or original quality.
