[ New ]@cavalry69, you can check the media list to see if the media files are just dated incorrectly. In the GoPro App, the cloud icon with an exclamation mark on it indicates that there was an error uploading. Successful uploads will briefly display a checkmark. If an item fails to upload, it will be marked with an error icon and will try the upload again when your device is in range.
Also, the media files are saved on your mobile device's internal storage. Make sure that you have sufficient internal storage space on your phone to download the files.
