Try the pairing process again through the steps discussed in this article on pairing camera with the GoPro App. If it will still not work, do the following troubleshooting steps:
- Delete the Bluetooth ID from your device settings
- Remove the camera from the menu in the GoPro App
- Forget the Wi-Fi on your mobile device
- Reset the Wi-Fi on our camera
