Open your phone's Settings > Apps > Quik > Storage > Clear Cache
Please note that this may not be the exact options as it may vary depending on the phone's model.

Quick app keeps crashing when attempting to create a new video. Finished videos do play.
This app has already been causing a fair bit of headache. Any better (free) app out there that do the same and better??

quik app on an sony experia zx crashing when attempting to create a video. on top the gopro music library isnt't available any more.
earlier this year there was an update when at least video editing was possible...sadly the clips were not in chronicle order.
situation at the moment:
cache was cleared, handy rebooted and latest updates installed as well.
friends of mine handle the same problems.
all in all the camera is not usable at the moment. this is very annoying!!!

Hello @behlec. Do you create an entirely new video? Or are you editing and using a previously-saved project or video? Do you make use of QuikStories from the GoPro app? See if creating a new video just within the Quik app will make a difference. Please note if the crash happens when adding a photo, or a video, or a music file.
What options do you get when you add music to your project? The Quik Music Library should be accessible to you. Are the music visible and cannot just be added to the video? Let us know what you find out. We'd love to hear back from you. Thanks!
