Good morning All,
Here is my issue. Quick will either fail to download the video or fail during processing. I recently purchased a gorpro hero 7 black. I am using the quik app on a Samsung galaxy s8+. I am using it at 1080p 60 fps on my motorcycle. I have used the gopro 3 times. The first time it was a short 8 minute video at 2.4k and it processed no problem. The new videos were about 25 minutes that split around the 17 minuet mark in the camera. If I am luckily enough to have the video imported it will fail on conversion. I have only tried it on manual to get the whole video. I have deleted the videos and re-downloaded them from my gopro and still have the same issue. I have restarted my phone and still the same issue. I have not tried to delete the app and re-download it. Can anyone help?

There is currently an issue with Quik for mobile on the Android OS.
An update outside of Quik App (Google) is causing this issue, our team is investigating the problem and they are working on a fix.
