Quik on iPhone keeps crashing [ New ]

When I try to create videos from my HERO7 black using Quik on my iPhone the app keeps crashing.
It seems to fail more than be successful.
I’ve closed all other programs etc to ensure resources are available.

Ohh got it @banktop,

Please change the aspect ration to 16:9 and that should work.

Thanks I've tried all the steps without success.

However, I have now found that if I ensure that there are no flashbacks in the App pending processing then I get 90% success. It seems that although pending via the App, this seems to affect the App's performance.

I think there is a bug here and it affects the overall experience

May I know the model/version of your phone?

Also what is the resolution of the Video You're working with?

Thanks greytree, looks like 16:9 is the way forward. I’ll have to use the PC for the 4:3.
I’ll test this out and update the posting
