Quik not uploading and create share link. [ New ]

I have a Gopro black 6 and started using the Quik App for Android on my Google Pixel XL 2 running the latest Android.

when using the app it works flawlessly however when it try to upload and share the link. 

when choosing to upload and share option.

it stops at 50% and fails to upload and gives error on uploading.

Error Message Recieved: (image attached)

Error while uplaing your video to share link.

Please make sure your device is connectec.

Now if i save the file it will go and save to the device.
when i try to upload and share link i get the following mesage

Error Message Received:

uploading to share link..
error while uploading to link.

I have tried mulitipe videos different sizes and from direct gopro and also cloud base videos.
all save fine the only problem is when uploading and create link to share failes all the time.

Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling app and still nothing.

can someone help me resolved this.

Well after couple of days after posting . It has started working again no word from gopro as far as what they have done.

I didn't do anything different so it must of been on there end.

I am having the same issue.

Samsung Galaxy s5 and hero 5.

Worked great before. I have shared many vids.

Has something changed??

I contact support they told me it was rare and they didn't know what was going on. Told me they where going to get back with me later on.

The problem has to be on there end. Probably with there servers. However nobody seems to know.

Same problem here. Mine has been about 2 days not working. Guess i will keep trying.

I have hero 6 and Samsung note 8 . Exact same problem.
Ever now and then the videos will download to link but for the last few days unable . 2 weeks ago same problem then out of the blue I was able to . Now just making and saving . Waiting for a solution.
