I've noticed for at least the last week that Quik for Mobile (using on iOS) GoPro Music will not load or allow for offline download. Only the first song for each category (Night, Summer, etc) is available. All other GoPro songs do not load the album art, nor previews (only shows spinning iOS waiting display). When one of these songs is selected, an error message appears to the effect of: Error downloading music.
There was a previous post in September 2018 with this same issue and it was resolved on GoPro's servers, so I'm hoping that will be the resolution here.
I replicated the error on the iPhone as well as iPad (both running most current Apple software and GoPro software). Attempted signing out of all GoPro apps, uninstalled/re-installed Quik for Mobile, but this did not fix the issue.
Please help, thanks.

Sorry for the delayed response, and thanks for reaching out. I tried this out in an iOS device running v12.2 and Quik for Mobile v5.0.3, and was able to successfully download the Music Library under GoPro Plus subscription.
You may try completely signing out of the app and logging back in using your GoPro Plus account. Rebooting your mobile device might also help.
Since you've already tried reinstalling the application and all devices are up-to-date, see if downloading the entire music library (instead of one music at a time) will give you the same results. Toggle the "Offline Music Library" to enable.
Do you get similar error message when adding music from "My Music" tab?
In addition, ensure that you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network when downloading the music the library.

I tried your recommendations, but still no luck. I am running iPad Pro 12.9 inch (3rd generation) software version 12.3.1 and Quik for Mobile 5.0.3.
Within the Quik app, I also tried disconnecting and re-connecting to my GoPro Plus account under Select Media.
-logging out/logging in of GoPro Plus both on the Quik and GoPro app
-in-installing/re-installing both the Quik and GoPro app
-rebooting iOS (all with no luck)
When I tried to toggle the download music option, the download bar just stays at 0% Downloaded. However, when I try to load Apple cloud music under My Music, it works with no problem. My internet connection is excellent, but I am still unable to load the GoPro Plus music (just the first song in each category is pre-loaded).
Any other ideas? Could it be the iOS version (you mentioned 12.2 below)? Could it be that Quik is not recognizing my GoPro Plus account?
I’ve probably spent 3+ hours trying to troubleshoot this. Thanks.

@tjm7271, I appreciate you going through the troubleshooting steps. I updated the device to iOS v12.3.1 and still able to add songs from the GoPro Plus music library. Let me go ahead and check further on the details here. I'll keep you posted with any update I get as soon as possible.

I just tried downloading Quik on another iPhone (iPhone Xs Max) software v12.3.1 with a brand new install and experienced the same issues. This is a replication of the same issues I am having. Not sure if this is specific to the hardware or software we have here or if it is specific to my GoPro account. Thanks.

One more thing- I also downloaded the Quik for mobile on another (4th device total) Android device and tried adding GoPro music to first just local images and then to content from the GoPro Plus cloud. In both cases, only the first songs of each music category were available in Quik. This leads me to believe it has to be an issue on the GoPro/server hosting side since this issue was replicated with 4 different devices and two different operating systems. Please advise, thanks.
