Gopro connects to computer but cannot download, following message appears:

Asegurate que el dispositivo esta desbloquedo y de que aceptas la notificacion para conectar
Do you get this prompt after your power ON the camera (when connected to your computer)?
Are you connecting your HERO (2018) camera directly to your computer through USB-C cable? Or are you using an SD card adapter to connect your microSD card to your computer?
Ensure that you're using the GoPro USB-C cable provided with your camera. You may also try connecting the camera through a different USB port on your computer.
