Quik Key was removed

Hi guys; I get the "quik key was removed" error when I want to get pictures and videos with Quik key. When I plug in the first device, I see the pictures and then the Not Supported video file goes to the wrong after I have said it. Devices: Go Pro Hero 6 iPhone 8 Plus iOS11 Thank you.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Do you have he latest GoPro app on your phone? See if the steps below will help clear the issue: 

  • Perform a manual firmware update to make sure that you have the most recent firmware
  • Re-download GoPro from the App Store to ensure they are on the latest version
  • Save footage to the computer, then erase/format the SD card and take some test footage and try again. Ensure that you are using a recommended SD card as listed here
  • Some mobile phones don't support higher capacity microSD cards with the mounting method that GoPro App uses.  Try using a different capacity microSD card.

Hello there;
I did what you said, unfortunately it continues. my card is Lexar 64gb Microsdxc 1800x Uhs-II 270MB. Could it be Quik Key being a malfunction?
