We have a few troubleshooting steps for us to try so we can narrow down the cause of the problem as quickly as possible:
- Reset your cameras software by following the instructions here to make sure you are on the latest version.
- Confirm you are on the latest version of GoPro App by re-downloading through the App Store.
- Save your footage to the computer, then erase/format your SD card and take some test footage and try again. Please also ensure you are using a reliable SD card by taking a look at our recommended list here.
