- Reset your cameras software by following the instructions here to make sure you are on the latest version.
- Confirm you are on the latest version of GoPro App by re-downloading through the App Store.
- Save your footage to the computer, then erase/format your SD card and take some test footage and try again.

I’m assuming that is the product I purchased. I follow that link and get page not found.
I know support SHOULD have assisted me but I assure you, they didn’t want to know about it. I suspect there is a known issue with this product and thats why they no longer sell them. Wether it’s an issue with the product itself or more likely with an iOS update as the android versions are still available. I tried to get it to work using the trouble shooting steps on an iPhone SE, an iPad air2 and an iPad 6th generation. All running the latest iOS and using an approved SD card. It just doesn’t work. The devices don’t even acknowledge there is something plugged in. The seller is going to attempt to get it to work but I don’t like his chances. Hopefully I will get a refund and I’ll go and purchase the Apple Lightning sd card reader and hopefully I have more luck.
I’m not normally one to complain on forums but I expected more from the biggest action camera company in the world. More from your support and more options to transfer files from your camera to your mobile device other than painfully slow wifi.

They can and they should assist you especially if it's a GoPro Product.
