I have been reading through several post about the Android app crashing when trying to edit a quik video. Rather than getting the same answers, are there any updates on any updates in progress? I have been trying over and over for weeks with no luck.

Hello @stoutvista58583. If you haven't yet, update to the latest version of Quik for mobile.
If the issue persists,
- Go to Settings in the Quik for mobile app.
- Under "More," select "Quik in the Settings App,"
- Then select "Storage."
- Tap "Clear Cache" (Not Clear Data)
- Restart the phone and continue editing in Quik.

Thank you for going through the recommended steps, and for the quick reply, @stoutvista58583. In which part of the editing process does the crashing happen? Is it when adding photos? or videos? We do not have any new update but we would appreciate any further information pertaining to the issue that we can use as we report this matter back to the team. Thanks!

Thank you for the update. It must have been due to the old ones being associated with the previous app version that exhibited crashing issues. Great to know that it is working now. Feel free tonpost should you habe further questions or concerns. Best regards!
