Quig GoPro na Android

Hello, I write with online translator

Quik GoPro for several days has a problem with playing videos created automatically by the phone. The videos are in the "Moments" Tab can help. A few days ago I installed the operator updates, previously the problem was not. Update Version - POLKOMTEL. PL 9.0.0.9 (CT)

My phone - P20 Pro
Operating system version - Android 9

I don't understand. The Problem disappeared as I logged in to do Quik GoPro by Google account

The current version of my Quik GoPro on Android 5.0.7. 4057-000c9d4b4. I do not have a camera Go0ro and no other. I use Quik on my mobile phone P20 Pro.

Hi @loyalridge07162,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. The fix for Quik for mobile app crashing when adding a photo is now available on Google Play Store. Please install the latest version of Quik App (or update to it).  After updating, clear cache on the app (phone) settings (just clear cache and not clear data), and restart your phone. Please let us know if the app works correctly now.
