Quick Pro not working

Hello Team, 

 

I have the quick pro app in my Samsung A.10 Tab. Previously the app was working very good but now I am unable to edit the pictures and videos that I take with my gopro 7. 

 

I open the app, choose the picture to edit and the app crash. I already tried everything, I unistalled and reintalled the app with no sucess. 

 

Do you think is something related with updates? Well I already check that but everything is updated (Tablet and App). 

 

Any advise or help will be highly appreciated.

What version is the app on?

If you have recently updated the app, make sure to restart your phone before using it again.

You may also check GoPro Quik: How to Resolve Crashing or Freezing Issues

Thank you for your response.

 

I tried that with no sucess , the app still crash.

 

  • Camera Model and firmware version HERO 7 
  • Phone Model SAMSUNG TAB A 10
  • Mobile OS - ANDROID 10
  • Carrier N/A
  • GoPro Quik version 8.7

We appreciate the update, @danpres. Sorry to hear that the issue remains. Is there a subscription associated with your Quik account? Do you get an error message whenever the app crashes? A screenshot of this will be greatly helpful. Is it only when trying to edit a photo or a video that you observe the issue? These details will help us further isolate the issue.

Yes my account is linked to the app.

And yes this only happens when I am trying to edit a photo or create a video.

Thank you, @danpres. We will pass this along to the team. If you haven't yet, please also tap on "Send feedback" so a log of the crash can be sent to the back end for our team to be able to diagnose. Is the account that you are using for the app associated with a GoPro Quik subscription?

I don't have subscription yet.
