Problms with videos from the cloud

Hello

i had a cloud in go pro plus

I downloaded a lot of videos to my phone

and i canceled the cloud after I finished to download what i wanted

now the videos dont work in my computer, and some of them stopped to work in the phone too/

tomorrow my subscription for the cloud will end, and im worried that everything will lost

 

could you help me please ????

@shovalk78256 - It's possible that the videos are still uploading to your Plus account. The content should still be on the SD card though. If you've cancelled your Plus account, be sure to save the original files from the SD card onto your computer or a hard drive.

I downloaded a package of codecs and it helped to my computer read the files
The strange thing is that part of the videos are fine, and part of them damaged. Also in the phone, suddenly, part of them start to unable to play.

But anyway, it solved, thanks a lot for the reply !
