Hero 5 Black. Android Capture App view is pixelated and unusable on Samsung galaxy Tab and Samsung Note 3 Phone.
I've tried the procedure listed here with no success.

@greendive63238 - The preview you see when you stream to your phone can be a lower quality than what you would see on the camera itself. This is due to a number of possible factors, including the bandwidth to the connection between the camera and the phone, and the speed of the phone's processor.
The full quality videos and images will be on the SD card, which you can see on the camera itself and on your computer when you import the content.

@greendive63238 - Can you give us a little info on the device you're using? Specifically, which iPad (?) are you using, which iOS version, and what version of the Capture app are you running?

I've had no recent response to my issue.
It appears I am experiencing the same problem as this user in this thread.
A replacement camera solved their problem.
As previously mentioned, I have also attempted following the instructions found here to no avail.
What assistance can GoPro offer me please.
