I got the chance to use my gopro 7 hero the other day for nearly three hours. I learned a lot. When I returned home I connected the gopro to my phone and uploaded everything to the cloud. I had recorded some butterflies and was able to get very close to them. I decided to take a clip and turn it into a photo for posting. Here is the question, does this picture that I 'clipped' from the video get uploaded to the cloud with everything else or no? If not, is there a way to get it there?

How did you take the photo from the clip? Did you use the Grab Photo function in Quik for Desktop application on your computer? Or did you use the Grab Photo function in GoPro App while your HERO7 Black camera was connected to your mobile device?
There are couple of ways to upload your media files to your cloud storage: How to Add Media to GoPro Plus
- Add Media through GoPro.com
- Add Media through Quik for Desktop
- Add Media through Auto Upload
- Add Media through GoPro App

@bushcraftjoe, Yes. Do you have the most latest version of GoPro App (v5.2) installed?
If the grabbed photo is currently saved in the GoPro App (App tab), and Mobile Upload is enabled on your GoPro App, the photos and videos on the "App" tab will automatically be uploaded to your cloud storage when Wi-Fi is available.
If the grabbed photo was saved to your local camera roll, you will have to manually upload the media file through GoPro.com. You can refer to this article for the step-by-step instructions: How to Add Media to GoPro Plus
