I can't activate the passenger app on the drone controller as it keeps saying it's not available at this location. I've tried various locations with the same results.
Has anyone got any advice on how I can solve this issue?

If you are still having some issues getting connected to that Karma Controller there are a few things I would try before trying to repair. I would go ahead and restore the controller, as this will reset the controller back to factory settings. I would also make sure that everything is up to date in your Karma Unit as well as the Passenger App. If you are still having trouble after that I would uninstall and reinstall the App.
