Passenger app not connecting to drone

I can't activate the passenger app on the drone controller as it keeps saying it's not available at this location. I've tried various locations with the same results. 

Has anyone got any advice on how I can solve this issue?

Hi @craigm1970,

 

If you are still having some issues getting connected to that Karma Controller there are a few things I would try before trying to repair. I would go ahead and restore the controller, as this will reset the controller back to factory settings. I would also make sure that everything is up to date in your Karma Unit as well as the Passenger App. If you are still having trouble after that I would uninstall and reinstall the App.

Have you solved the issue? I have the same problem.
I have tried the steps you mentioned ryanv12566 but to no avail...

Hope someone can help me.

Unfortunately not. No matter what I tried or where I tried to connect the passenger app I was always told that it was not available in that area.
I eventually gave up trying.

I got the same problem. I can see the passenger network but not log in to it. I have restored the controller but it doesn’t help.
