Pas de nouveau contenu sur l'app

Bonjour,

 

Petit souci avec l'app GoPro. J'ai filmé du contenu ce matin et quand je veux synchroniser ma GoPro avec mon iPhone pour obtenir le contenu sur mon téléphone, l'application ne détecte aucun nouveau contenu (avec le message "aucune nouvelle photo ou vidéo trouvée"). J'arrive à me connecter à la caméra GoPro mais impossible pour l'application de détecter le contenu de la caméra.

@marinev215, thanks for reaching out. Once your camera is connected to the app, tap on the "View Media" button and see if you can manually download your media contents from there.

If the files are already downloaded to the app and the issue is you're unable to see them on the Media List, browse through the list and see if the recent media files are just dated incorrectly. If so, your GoPro camera's date is probably dated incorrectly.
