PROBLEMAS CON ANDROID

He tenido que cambiar mi movil a android. Tengo una Gopro Black 7 y los problemas de conectividad con los moviles es permanente

movil 1: Samsung A5 2016. Ha conectado algunas veces pero ya dejo de conectar..

movil 2 Samsung A50 2019 Android 9 . NUNCA CONECTO.

Es de remarcar que la camara es detectada en ambos moviles por la APP pero nunca logro mostrar en directo el video en el A50.

En el A5 2016 si .. pero ocurre con muchisima insistencia, no de forma normal.

He probado hasta resetear la cam de fabrica / instalar el update de firmware 2019 / desinstalar las apps / eliminar las trazas en Bluetooth de los moviles / resetear conexiones y el resultado es el expuesto.

Soluciones?

Forma de testear que la camara este bien?

Desde ya agradezco la ayuda ya que es una herramienta de trabajo y lamentablemente y muy a mi pesar, la gopro no esta respondiendo como deberia.
