In the original Quik app for iOS (iPad), I was able to add my own downloaded music from either DropBox, iCloud, GoogleDrive or local files as described here:
Since QuikStories became part of the newer GoPro app I am no longer able to do this. I cannot see my downloaded music in the 'Add Music/My Music' section of the app. There is no longer an option that I can find to browse for music files and add them.

QuikStories in new GoPro app:
How can I add my own music in the latest app for iOS?

Hello @swiftdawn78831. Are you trying to add music that are already stored locally on your iOS device? Are these music (files) that you have purchased through iTunes and directly downloaded to your phone? Or were they moved from a different device to your phone? See if the music track may be DRM protected as those cannot be imported. Music bought on iTunes between 2003 and 2009 have DRM protection.
If you still have the separate Quik app for mobile (out of the GoPro App), check if you are able to add your own music. These details will help us isolate the cause of the trouble. Let us know what you find out. Thanks!

This is a royalty free mp3 file without DRM that I have downloaded using the browser. I am able to add it using the Quik app as shown in the first screenshot. However the same method for adding it (from local storage) is not available in the QuikStories section of the GoPro app.
