Overlay problem - Go pro Hero 7 [ New ]

Just recently purchased a go pro hero 7, having a hard time adding overly on videos GPS is turned on while on record  i do have the option to put it in but when i save it the overlay is gone. sigh*

Do you have your camera, the phone and the app up to date?

Have you tried it with a different phone?

Are you getting an error?

What resolution are these videos on?
