Not able to connect SMOVE Mobile with Bluetooth
[ New ]I have GoPro Hero 7 Black and I am trying to connect it with my brand new SMOVE Mobile Gimbal. This gimbal uses bluetooth to connect to iPhone and GoPro. When I go to my GoPro app -> settings -> Bluetooth device, I see my gimbal in available devices. When I select to pair, I am unable to connect to it. I tried it on two different iPhones and whatever I do it throws an error - "ERROR Failed Pair". Please HELP.

[ New ]Hello @klickzbysri. Although Bluetooth is shown as an option under Connect Device, the camera is not maximized to connect to any Bluetooth device at this time. The camera only works with mobile devices using GoPro App where Bluetooth is utilized for the initial setup.

[ New ]As I mentioned, I used GoPro App to connect my bluetooth device and not through the camera itself. Are you saying that I can not connect ANY bluethooth devices to GoPro at this time? Does that mean, I can not connect bluetooth devices from GoPro mobile app as well?

The Bluetooth connection available on the camera is available for the GoPro app and Smart Remote.
