Hace días que no puedo conectar la cámara con la app, cuesta muchísimo, hay días que conecta normalmente y hay días que directamente no puedo, necesito ayuda urgente !!
Ya probé reseteando la cámara por completo y sigue igual.

Hello @goicopro. Please make sure that your phone is updated to the latest OS version and that you have the latest version of the GoPro App installed as well. After the updates, restart your phone and try pairing with the camera again. Connectivity should be working this time.
If the issue persists, reset Wi-Fi connection by forgetting GoPro first from the list of Wi-Fi networks on your phone settings and deleting it from the list of Bluetooth devices. Also, remove the camera from the list on the GoPro App.

Please also make sure you have the following information handy to get assisted as quickly as possible:
- A brief description of the issue and what you have tried - you may direct the team to this thread for easy reference
- GoPro App version
- Camera model and firmware version (e.g. HERO8 Black v1.80)
- Phone Model (e.g. iPhone 7 or Samsung Galaxy S8)
