My Hero 3+ downloading videos

Can anyone advise on how to download or respond to issue.  I use a correct cord and connect GoPro to my Dell laptop but it does not show up in My Compter.  (No app on my laptop) So downloaded 8 of the videos ( 2 at a time) to the iPad using the GoPro app then moved them from the iPad to my laptop so as to not use memory space on IPad.  For some unknown reason it will not download the last video to the iPad, says GoPro failed to connect at some stage, try again,  have tried many times.  Any help would be appreciated.

Could be an issue just transferring the video to the iPad. May just be that there's not enough room on the iPad to hold the file or that the video was shot in a resolution that the iPad can't process. Our team at https://gopro.com/help/PKBContactus can help figure this out with you.
