I have the SAME problem with my iphone and support is USELESS. I can play the preselected song and video just fine, the second i change the song it then errors out my video. SUPPORT IS TOTALLY USELESS.
I can't ever get past 94% download on the offline music library that QUIK provides. Useless support team....

This doesn't address the issues with saving songs when offlne. When I attempt, it'll hit a tangle with one melody a choose it didn't download the other anyway numerous tunes it said it did. That there are such huge numbers of things in this rundown of issues essentially discloses to me Music wasn't prepared for the prime time. This three month trial is basically a three months beta to the extent I'm concerned. It is simply non-functional for me too.

I have no clue where to begin. I as of late had my GoPro Hero 3 stopped downloading music too and I have had a go at all that I know to do to fix it yet it would not download right. Allowed this GoPro is more than 6 years and I taped tons and tons and tons with it. It was my principle camera for everything so I took it all over the place. I would not like to get another GoPro in light of the fact that I was worried about the possibility that that it probably won't work or come up short at an uncommon minute that I would never again observe. I have purchased a GP Hero 7 Black and I can truly not say enough.
We'd like to get more information about the issue so we can help better. Does the error happen only with particular music under a specific category? Does it matter whether you are connected to Wi-Fi or 4G (data)? Try saving your drafts, close and kill the app and try again. Let us know how it works out. A screenshot of the error message that you are getting will be greatly helpful.
Thank you for the quick response, @kieran939. If you are replying on a desktop, there is a picture icon on the top bar of the reply window.You can click on it and add the screenshot. If you are on mobile, there is an "Attachments" portion on the lower left corner of the reply window which will allow you to choose file.
