Sorry about that it's a very strange problem. It seems that some users like you have issues, other don't at all. I've tested on both Pixel and iPhone and the musics were correclty downloaded - wifi/4G - no error. I had our testers try this as well and it worked fine also. Someone in customer support had an error on one song but not on the other on one device not on the other... It's a big mystery.
I can suggest to go to the Settings and clear all downloaded songs and try again in Wifi / 4G.
Sorry about that, been trying to isolate the issue but it's not an easy one.

I've tried this multiple times, on multiple different Wifi connections as well as on 4G LTE and on 3G. To get the same issue. Hoping you guys an pin point the problem. This has been quite a long time with no resolution. Thanks.

@robbier74757 I hear you. I'm having problem with a particular song and don't have problem with the song you picked for example. Seems it's changing randomly which doesn't help us finding the problem. I've let the team know.
