Bonjour, je suis en train de devenir fou.

 

J'ai fait un reset sur le wifi de ma gopro session. Lorsque j'arrive pour l'appareiller comme un nouvel appareil à ma tablette, j'obtiens ce message : Le mot de passe de la caméra est incorrect. Vous l'avez peut-être défini ou modifié depuis un autre dispositif. Saississez le mot de passe pour GP26******.

 

Voila, je n'ai aucun mot de passe, j'ai tout essayé et je ne peux pas me connecter, rien n'y fait. Pourriez vous m'aider SVP, et ne pas me copier coller un lien sur le site go pro, je les ai déjà tous lu et rien de fonctionne.

Hello @gabcarpentier. You can reset your camera's Wi-Fi name and password by pressing and holding the back button for at least 8 to 10 Seconds, or until the message asking for the reset appears. Prior to connecting the camera to your mobile app, make sure that you forget  the camera from the phone's Wi-Fi networks and that you delete the camera from the device's Bluetooth devices.

Hi @gabcarpentier,

 

Please try this. 

 

Uninstall GoPro App. 

Reset Wireless connection of your camera. 

 

Delete GoPro's bluetooth Device ID on your phone. 

 

After that pair and check if you will now be able to pair your camera.

Bonjour, 

 

Je suis désolé mais cela n'a pas fonctionné. Cependant, je n'avais pas la camera gopro d'enregeristrer dans mes favoris bluetooth de ma tablette Samsung Galaxy, donc je n'ai pas pu l'effacer.

 

Auriez vous une autre solution ?
