Manual update page for GoPro Hero Black is stuck. [ New ]

So, the app can connect to my gopro, but cant get the update. Then I go to manually update, low and behold, i enter my info to 'register' and the page is frozen. 2 lovely filled out boxes with a green ouline, a confirmed terms of use box and a red crossed out mouse that hovers over the 'next step' button. FROZEN. I have tried 8 times. No issues with the internet, no lag with any other page. On top of that, I don't know how to redeem the subscription as this is a gift from my dad.

Any way to not have to register to get a simple update? I have already connected the serial number to my account. It seems this is more difficult then it has to be. Customers should be able to access updates directly from their gopro accounts especially when the serial number is required for managing devices.

There is no activation or registration process.

You should be able to use the camera and the subscription.

When completing the update, make sure you are on the correct update page.

Please refer to https://gopro.com/en/us/update then select the correct camera model.
