@fireystoke30880, please ensure to use the GoPro USB-C cable that came with your camera. Run any OS update available on your computer. Also, make sure that all drivers are updated to their latest version. Additionally, there are some troubleshooting suggestions here that will help:
- Camera is not Recognized when Plugged into a Computer USB Port
- Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Mac
Additionally, live preview via computer using any GoPro desktop application isn't currently a feature.
