I have songs downloaded onto my iphone and when I go to add it to the viseo I have created, the music does not show up. I just get a blank menu with Dropbox, a triangle symbol, and plus sign with a circle around it, Icloud and Box on the top of the menu. Nothing showing with the downloaded music I have,

Hello @noblehero43. Are you editing your video within the Quik App, or the new version of the GoPro App? Also, which source were the music from - were they from iTunes library, stored locally on your device? It would also help if we can get a screenshot of the app screen showing the error. Hope to hear back from you.

@noblehero43, please make sure that the audio file type is supported; MP3, M4A, MP4, MOV, AAC, ALAC, AIFF and WAV. You may also tap on the plus (+) sign, then select "Browse" to locate your music files.

It's music from ITunes, so I'm pretty sure it's supported. You don't think I haven't tapped on the plus button? Attached is what I get when I do that. Still nothing. Is there a bug within the App that's not allowing me to use my own music? This is getting frustrating...

@noblehero43, this is strange. There's no bug related to adding music in the app that I'm aware of. I just tested out downloading music via iTunes, then I opened "My Music" in Quik for Mobile (screenshot below) and I was able to see the music file.
You may check if the music is DRM protected as it cannot be imported to Quik. See more details on adding music in Quik for Mobile here.
Additionally, ensure that you have the most latest version (v5.0.3) of the app installed. You may check the App Store for any available or pending updates for Quik for Mobile app.

@noblehero43, music bought on iTunes between 2003 and 2009 had DRM protection. This protection prevents Quik from downloading the music to use it in your video. However, you may disregard this info if your music was just recently purchased and downloaded.
I do most of my edits through Quik for Mobile as well and I understand that what you're currently experiencing in the app can be frustrating. We want to help get this sorted out. To further isolate the problem, I have a couple of things to check with you:
- Have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Note: Doing so will delete the data currently saved in the app.
- If you have a secondary phone available, see if you'll be able to replicate the issue.
- What model of iPhone do you have and the iOS version installed? Is the iOS up to date?
- By any chance, are you able to download supported audio files from other storage (e.g. iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, Box)?
- Is the music you're trying to import purchased directly through iTunes?
