Landscape Rotation liveview
[ New ]Hi there,
since the last few versions I noticed a bug in the liveview output of the app. I'm using the App to stream the liveview onto a TV. The problem now is that the app rotates the liveview 90 degrees. Means, I'm having my ipad in Landscape mode and the picture on the TV is rotated 90 degrees in vertical mode and vice versa. This problem occurs when I'm using an HDMI adapter as well as when I'm using a connection via ipad airplay.
Is this a known bug?
Will there be an update?
Is there a workaround?
Kind regards
Christoph

Please note that the camera orientation setting is not carried over when doing a live stream/feed.
Make sure to keep the camera right side up.
Thanks!

Re: Landscape Rotation liveview
[ New ]Hi, here's a little video which shows what I mean.
In the earlier Versions I had my Video fullscreen in landscape view.
Is this a known issue?
Kind regards

[ New ]Thanks for sharing.
This is an expected behavior of the GoPro App on iOS devices.
We'll have this shared with the team.
Please continue checking our website for updates.
