Hello @snowysand54667. Do you already have the latest version of GoPro App installed. This version was released last week. If you haven't yet, please go through the troubleshooting steps detailed here: Troubleshooting GoPro App Connectivity Issues
It would help to manually update your camera and to make sure that the SD card is a recommended one, and formatted prior to the process. After the update, factory reset the camera re-pair with the GoPro app using the above instructions. We hope to hear back from you.
