Keine Verbindung Hero 7 black mit Moto one vision

Die GoPro schaltet das WLan kurz nachdem die Verbindung mit der App aufgebaut wurde. Das WLan lässt sich nur über Verbindung Rücksetzen oder Ein/Ausschalten der GoPro wieder aktivieren. Doch dann wiederholt sich das ganze wieder. Eine Verbindung lässt sich so nicht herstellen. Ich habe es mit mehren Geräten mit Android 9 getestet auch alle Support Hinweise, eine Verbindung ist nicht möglich.
Ich erwartet schnellst möglich eine Abhilfe!!!

Hello @snowysand54667. Do you already have the latest version of GoPro App installed. This version was released last week. If you haven't yet, please go through the troubleshooting steps detailed here: Troubleshooting GoPro App Connectivity Issues

 

It would help to manually update your camera and to make sure that the SD card is a recommended one, and formatted prior to the process. After the update, factory reset the camera re-pair with the GoPro app using the above instructions. We hope to hear back from you.
