Kann Quick Video nicht löschen / „Ups! Netzwerkfehler [ New ]

Ich habe mit der App „Quick“ 4.7.1 für iOS folgendes Problem. Ich möchte ein Video, welches ich in 2017 vermutlich noch in einer alten Version erstellt habe, löschen. Ich bekomme immer die Fehlermeldung „Ups! Netzwerkfehler“. Was kann ich tun? Vielen Dank!!!

I've now deleted the APP "QUICK" and reinstalled.
Now all the videos are gone but also the one that I could not delete.

How do you delete it?

Please make sure that you have an active and stable internet connection. 

You may also try to go to GoPro website directly and delete it from there. 

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

„Herrenabend Paule 2027 2“ is the video that must be delete. Tx, Thomas

Just for reference, here's how you can delete a video on Quik for Mobile.

1. On the home page, go to ‘My Stories’
2. Tap the video you wish to delete (the video will play).
3. On the bottom right corner, tap More and then Delete.

If you continue to get the error, please let our Support Team know.

Hi! It does not work. Under the menu „linked...“ i find the Video „Herrenabend...“ onesmore. I delete this video and become the massage, that rhe file is now deleted. But if I go to the menu „linked...“ the video will me show again and again. Could you delete this file for me? Thank you and greetings, Thomas

Thanks for getting back to us. We do not have a way to delete the video from our end. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?

As suggested, it will be best to seek out help from our Support Team if it's still the same.
