Issues with WiFi

I can’t see my media or control my GoPro through my phone because it says that there’s trouble with the connection, even though I already reset the WiFi and everything. It keeps showing me that message

Regarding application connection, there are many cases where problems have occurred on the smartphone side.
Please try once because it may be resolved by restarting the smartphone once.


If the problem is not solved, try the following.

Please try "Connection" → "Reset Connection" in the camera settings.

After the above work is completed, delete the Bluetooth history of the smartphone and the camera history in the GoPro application, and try to connect the application again.

If the problem persists, remove the SD card and try again.

Please check this document just in case.
